Scale

Turning your FinTech product & brand into an ecosystem to capture a larger market share

We work with FinTech scaleups and established businesses to reach new markets and customer segments, extend existing products, and connect their product ecosystems.

We fit best if you are

Entering a new market

Your product has traction, and you want to enter another market. We research local buyers and competitors, test the proposition, and adapt your positioning, customer journeys, website, and communication to support expansion.

Reaching a new customer segment

You want to reach a new customer segment with your existing product. We research its needs, adapt the proposition and user journeys, and develop the marketing materials that explain your product’s value to that audience.

Expanding your product offering

Your product is growing through new features, modules, or complementary services. We define how they extend the existing offering — and create the experiences, messaging, and brand structure that help customers understand and use them.

Growing your product ecosystem

You manage several related products or services and want customers to move between them more easily. We align their journeys, design systems, brand, and websites so customers can understand and use the wider offering.

TESTIMONIALS

What our clients say

“I really appreciated how much of their FinTech understanding came through in the actual design. A lot of the decisions — how onboarding is paced, how the home screen handles different user roles, how payment approvals work — were things they brought to the table, and they held up because the team genuinely knows this space. Pair that with strong product design and a real partner attitude, and that’s what made it work for us.”

"I really enjoyed working with the Goodface team. The agency has a lot of experience in fintech — it's a market niche with a lot of nuances. And those nuances should not only be followed but also understood. The team was constantly in touch, listened a lot, and offered successful solutions. In a few steps, we have created a product that meets our overall business strategy and customer needs. Separately, I would like to note the interface of the user account: during the introduction, new clients appreciate the modernity and simplicity of the interface design."

FAQ

Answers to

common questions

We already have a product that works. Why bring in an outside team?

Growth can expose gaps that are hard to see from inside the product. A new market, customer segment, or product line can put pressure on UX, positioning, brand, and the way teams work together. We bring an outside view and FinTech experience to help you see what needs to change before those gaps slow the next move.

Do we need to know exactly what we want to change?

No. You may know the market you want to enter or the segment you want to reach, but still be unsure what needs to move in the product. We can start there — looking at the business, customers, product, and market before deciding where to focus.

Will you redesign the whole product?

Not unless it needs it. We start with what already works and look for the parts that block the next stage. Sometimes that means a new journey or design system. Sometimes the bigger issue sits in positioning, communication, or how several products fit together.

Can you work with our existing product and engineering teams?

Yes. Your team already has the product knowledge, customer context, and technical ownership. We work alongside them, taking responsibility for the areas where you need more capacity or a different perspective rather than creating another team to manage.

What happens when we are entering a new market?

The product rarely needs to be copied across unchanged. Customer expectations, competitors, regulations, and buying behaviour can all differ. We look at those differences and help adapt the proposition, experience, brand, website, and communication where they matter.

Can you help us expand beyond one product?

Yes. Once a FinTech business adds products and services, the customer can start seeing the organisation as a collection of separate experiences. We can help connect those products through shared UX patterns, design systems, brand, websites, and customer journeys.

How much of the work can you take on?

It depends on what your team already has and what the expansion requires. We can take responsibility for a specific area, work alongside your internal team, or lead a broader initiative across product, brand, website, and customer experience.

Do you also handle development?

We can take the work through design and into implementation where it fits our capabilities. When a project needs software or mobile development beyond our core team, we work with trusted partners openly rather than passing their work off as our own. This lets us stay responsible for the parts we are best placed to lead while keeping the wider initiative connected.
