3. Group companies and attribution of work
Goodface is a single brand under which two companies operate. Both are ultimately owned and controlled by the same founder, Maksym Yakubovych. The Ukrainian company was established on 14 February 2022 and has traded under the Goodface brand since then; the Estonian company was established on 13 January 2026 as the group expanded into the United Kingdom and the European Union. Case studies and portfolio material published on this Website describe the work of the group as a whole.
4. Regulatory status
4.1 Goodface company OÜ provides design, software development, marketing and consulting services. It does not provide financial services, payment services, investment services or any other regulated activity, and it is not authorised or supervised by any financial services regulator.
4.2 The activities of Goodface company OÜ are not a regulated profession within the meaning of Directive 2005/36/EC, and are not subject to an authorisation scheme.
4.3 General supervision of information society services in Estonia is exercised by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, info@ttja.ee.
4.4 Supervision of personal data processing is exercised by the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee. For individuals in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Unless stated otherwise, the content of this Website is owned by the companies in the Goodface group or used under licence.
5.2 The word mark "Goodface" is owned by Maksym Yakubovych and used by the companies in the group with his permission:
- European Union trade mark no. 019339622, word mark, classes 35 and 42, filed 30 March 2026, registered 10 July 2026, next renewal due 30 March 2036;
- United Kingdom trade mark no. UK00004365310, word mark, classes 35 and 42, filed 30 March 2026, entered on the register on 26 June 2026 with effect from the filing date, next renewal due 30 March 2036.
5.3 Third-party trade marks, product names and client logos appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.
5.4 Goodface reserves all rights in respect of text and data mining of this Website and its content, including for the training of artificial intelligence models. That reservation is made under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, is expressed in machine-readable form through our robots.txt file and a TDM Reservation Protocol signal, and is set out in full in section 5 of the Terms of Use.
6. Technical provider and hosting
Hosting and CDN: Webflow, Inc. (United States, default hosting region). Additional CDN: jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) for the consent library; GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) for showreel and media. Where analytics data is collected, it is stored in Google Cloud / BigQuery in the EU region.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1 Goodface contracts with business clients. Where a dispute arises under a services agreement, the dispute resolution provisions of that agreement apply.
7.2 Goodface is not obliged to participate, and does not participate, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
7.3 The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 following the repeal of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, and no link to it is provided.
