Build

Shaping capital-backed business potential into a market-ready FinTech product & brand

We work with financial services companies, established FinTech firms, and venture investors to define, build, and bring new FinTech products and ventures to market.

We fit the most when you are

Launching your first digital product

You run a financial services business and want to launch a digital product. We turn your market experience into a product offering, define what to build, and help develop the product and brand
for launch.

Creating a new product line

You have an established FinTech product and want to create a separate product line — with a different purpose and feature set. We validate the offering, design the product experience, and prepare the new offer for launch.

Building or backing a FinTech venture

You are a venture studio, VC firm, or angel investor building a new FinTech business with founders. We work together to validate and shape the offering, build the product and brand, and bring the venture to market.

"I really enjoyed working with the Goodface team. The agency has a lot of experience in fintech — it's a market niche with a lot of nuances. And those nuances should not only be followed but also understood. The team was constantly in touch, listened a lot, and offered successful solutions. In a few steps, we have created a product that meets our overall business strategy and customer needs. Separately, I would like to note the interface of the user account: during the introduction, new clients appreciate the modernity and simplicity of the interface design."

“I really appreciated how much of their FinTech understanding came through in the actual design. A lot of the decisions — how onboarding is paced, how the home screen handles different user roles, how payment approvals work — were things they brought to the table, and they held up because the team genuinely knows this space. Pair that with strong product design and a real partner attitude, and that’s what made it work for us.”

FAQ

Answers to

common questions

Do you work with startups?

We work with established businesses with proven capital and a business foundation, building something new on that basis.

Your existing company may already have revenue, customers, market presence, or funding behind the initiative. The new product, venture, or division can still be in the early stage.

Do we need to have a product idea already?

Not necessarily. First off, you need proven capital, either internal or external, to build things that last. We define the proposition, test the direction, and turn it into a product plan before moving into design and development.

Can you help us build a product division inside an existing company?

Yes. We can work with an established financial business that is creating a new product capability or digital division.

Depending on what you already have in-house, we can support product direction, positioning, UX/UI, brand, website, and the other customer-facing parts needed to get the new unit moving.

Can you work with our existing product or engineering team?

Yes. We can plug into an existing team rather than replacing it. Our role can range from defining the product direction and experience to taking responsibility for specific parts of design, brand, or implementation. The setup depends on your internal capabilities and what the new initiative needs.

What if we don't know exactly what we need yet?

That's common at this stage. We start by understanding the business opportunity, the customer, the market, and what you already know. From there, we identify what needs to be decided, validated, or built first.

Which FinTech verticals and business models do you work with?

We work across B2B and B2C products, including SaaS-based FinTech platforms.

Our strongest experience is in payment infrastructure — including payment orchestration, open banking, cross-border payments, and payment platforms.

We also work across digital banking, neobanking, BaaS, merchant payments, and spend management, with adjacent areas such as lending & WealthTech.

Can you take a new product from strategy through design and development?

Yes. We can cover the path from product direction and positioning through UX/UI, brand, website, and implementation. Where a project requires capabilities outside our core team, we can also bring in trusted dev partners through an open collaboration model. This reflects the broader role you want the FinTech practice to play: an extension of the client's team rather than a narrow specialist vendor.

What makes Goodface FinTech different from a generic product studio?

We bring FinTech context into the product decisions from the start. That means looking beyond the interface — at the business model, proposition, market, brand, customer experience, and how the product needs to work within the wider organization. We then turn those decisions into something the team can design, build, and take to market.
