Goodface FinTech is officially live

Eight years ago we took our first FinTech client.

Since then: dozens of products and brands across the UK, USA, EU and MENA — with Red Dot, London Design Awards and CSSDA along the way.

Yet we were still introducing ourselves as an agency that "also works with FinTech."

Now we're changing that.

We're launching a separate FinTech digital product & design consulting firm that grew out of Goodface Agency.

From this moment on, Goodface FinTech is officially live.(Arguably more live than I am after the last few weeks of getting it ready.)

Why a separate firm and why now?

Most FinTech businesses we meet work with several providers across business, marketing, brand and product.

The in-house team still has to connect the work, and the gaps show up throughout the customer experience.

This happens across industries. In FinTech, it gets more acute: teams have to balance security and regulation with technological change and rising customer expectations.

External expertise matters most where the work cuts across teams — building growth engines, entering new markets, and connecting what keeps drifting apart.

That requires people who know FinTech from years in the market, stay close to how it works today, and bring expertise across the disciplines the business depends on.

So we built what we kept recommending. One team, FinTech only: market research and GTM, brand and product strategy, design and development.

If you're into FinTech, there's a reason to keep an eye on us. In-depth market understanding has always been part of our work — now we'll publish it and do more of it.

Whether you work with us now, later or never, we'll share what we learn: market updates, interviews with FinTech leaders, playbooks and tools.

For now, visit our site and follow Goodface FinTech for FinTech content straight from the industry.

P.S. The first one is already built — a diagnostic that shows where your website loses buyers before they ever reach your sales team. Details in the next post.
